walked with mom for 55 min in the drizzle. I don't mind walking in rain as long as it's not freezing or pouring. No headache again today so I feel Good! Na-Na-Na-Na-Na-Na-Nuh (James Brown boogie here

Worked about 3 hours today and then did some cleaning since I'm having company tomorrow. Nothing provides more incentive to clean the house than having people over.
Got a sample of Head and Shoulders n the mail today.
Finished reading my book Killing Time by Linda Howard. Romance. Very good
