Pain free day

walked with mom for 55 min

Even though we had a big thunderstorm today I didn't get my normal weather headache. I slept good all night and no headache all day. I feel so good I feel like I should have cartoon birds flying and small animals scampering around me Smile

Finished listening to the library book on tape The Celestine Prophecy by James Redfield. Adventure? Good.

    Ah, a good night's sleep. The free way that I know of to feel lots lots better. Why don't people get enough?
