Went to Great Clips to get my hair cut. They had a coupon for $7.99 so I spent $10

Total spent so far this month = $20.56

Went to the library and picked up my holds. The new Harry Potter book was waiting for me. I was really surprised I didn't expect to get it for several months.

I'm also pretty happy with myself for talking me out of going to a fast food restaraunt for dinner after my haircut. Came home and made one of my favorite fast and easy dinners. A can of Chunky Soup, (this time is was grilled sirloin with country vegetables) poured over egg noodles. Have enough left over for a lunch next week. I buy the soup when I can get it for a $1 a can. It's fast, easy, tasty and has little cleanup.

I finished reading Die Trying by Lee Child. Mystery. This book just really grabbed me and I couldn't put it down. Good story. I have a lot of stress with my job right now and I'm having trouble sleeping since I can't find the off button to my brain. Reading helps me think about something else for awhile anyways.
