I got a free sample of Lever soap in the mail yesterday, which goes in the food pantry bag. I fill out a lot of forms for samples and at coupon sites to get coupons. It's a pain to type in all the information in the forms all the time so I've been using Roboform which I downloaded free. It's a tool that fills in forms with one click. You can set up different profiles to fill in all information, some information, whatever you want. I have one with and without email so I can decide if I want to provide that at the time. It's also a password manager, but I don't use it for that since I don't store any passwords on my PC.

Another free tool I use frequently is Ccleaner. It removes unused files from your system - allowing Windows to run faster and freeing up valuable hard disk space. It also cleans traces of your online activities such as your Internet history. Additionally it contains a fully featured registry cleaner. But the best part is that it's fast (normally taking less than a second to run) and contains NO Spyware or Adware!
I use this after I do any banking, investment checking or bill paying. It erases the cookies which contain your userids and passwords that automatically login you into sites. This means I have to relog in to everything after I use it, but I prefer that little bit of extra safety.

The last free tool I use is Ad-aware by Lavasoft. I run it at least once a month. This tool removes spyware and adware
