meatloaf

Went to the libaray and picked up my latest holds.

Fixed mini meatloaf, baked potato and corn on the cob for dinner.

Meatloaf
1 lb ground beef = 99 cents
1/4 cup chopped onion = 15 cents
2 stalks celery chopped = 30 cents
1/2 tsp Red Robin Seasoning = 5 cents
1/2 tsp pepper = 2 cents
1/4 cup parmesan cheese = 20 cents
2 tsp Worchestershire sause = 10 cents
Total = 1.81 / 3 servings = 61 cents saved the other two loaves for later meals

Baked potato + butter + Red Robin seasoning = 16 cents + 5 cents + 2 cents = 23 cents

Corn on cob + butter + salt = 13 cents based on 8 for a $1 + 5 cents + 1 cent

Total for dinner = $1.03

Listed my first book on half.com. Everyone has such good things to say about this I thought I'd try it out. I normally take my books to the used book store, but I have so much credit right now it's ridiculous. At one store I have more than $300 and more than $100 at another store.

Finished reading the library book Sanctuary by Mercedes Lackey. Sci Fi. 3rd of a trilogy. Ok, nothing special.
